Permitted Uses
1. All materials contained herein, except where explicitly noted, are fully copyrighted by the ICTAL Archive (Archivo ICTAL) and are subject to all applicable copyright, database protection, and other rights of ICTAL Archive as copyright owner and publisher under the laws of the United States and other countries.
2. Any use of the online archive that is fair use under the United States Copyright law (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/circ92.pdf) is allowed.
3. The ICTAL Archive grants permission to quote excerpts and reprint figures, images, and text from its materials with acknowledgment of the specific webpage identifier and with the following copyright note: "Copyright (year) by ICTAL Archive."
4. Individual teachers, students, researchers (or librarians in nonprofit institutions acting on their behalf) may print copies of materials contained herein for use in teaching or research, provided that such copies are not sold.
5. Reproduction in a secondary academic study, policy analysis or republication in any form requires express written permission from the ICTAL Archive. Direct permission requests by sending email to info@ictal.org or by calling 787-969-1129.
6. The ICTAL Archive will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the online archive contents are complete and accurate. However, ICTAL Archive does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of its online archive contents, and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results obtained will be useful or will satisfy User's requirements.
7. The ICTAL Archive shall not be liable for any delay, downtime, or other failure of performance, but shall use reasonable efforts to correct any material performance problem brought to its attention.

Usage restrictions
1. No material from the ICTAL Archive web site may be reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or in any way exploited, except as explicitly allowed on the ICTAL Archive. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted.
2. Items from the website may not be mounted or distributed on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web.
3. Users may not make systematic download of articles, documents, letters, images, photographs, videos, or any other information in the ICTAL Archive for mounting on local servers or for any other purpose, whether commercial or not. This includes indiscriminate, mass downloads of search results and the use of robots and net accelerators.
4. Items from the database may not be copied or distributed for commercial advantage or if any fees or charges are made in connection with such items.
5. Material from the ICTAL Archive may not be translated, altered, re-compiled, manipulated or used to prepare derivative works, or published in any other format in any medium without written permission from the ICTAL Archive.

Disclaimers

3. The ICTAL Archive will have no liability to any person for any loss or damage arising out of use of, or inability to use, the online version of the documents therein.
4. The ICTAL Archive shall make all reasonable endeavours to make its server available to an institution on a 24-h basis, with the exception of normal server administration and down time.
5. If access is suspended or interrupted, owing to circumstances beyond the Gonzalo Fernós López Archive's control, liability shall be limited to restoring access as soon as is practicable.
